Violation of US Trade Agreement Clarification Statement
Neotec Semiconductor Ltd. has been committed to the design and sales of battery management ICs, LCD control and driver ICs, and other related products for consumer and industrial use. These products are not intended for military use. Its main customers are located in Taiwan, Hong Kong, and mainland China. The company does not have any products sold to Russia, nor does it have any Russian clients.
Regarding being listed on the U.S. Department of Commerce's sanctions list, the company is surprised and helpless. It is currently working with the Ministry of Economic Affairs to clarify and explain the situation to the relevant authorities. It will also provide all necessary evidence as required by the Ministry of Economic Affairs, in hopes of being removed from the blacklist.
